<description><![CDATA[This new version of <b>Bluewhite64</b> brings many new and interesting features, improvements and packages updates. I like to share with you just a few and the important ones, but if you are interested to see all of them you have to download and install Bluewhite64 13.0 <img src='http://qinstall.bin-sh.ro/e107_images/emotes/default/wink.png' alt='' style='vertical-align:middle; border:0' /> .<br /><br />The first major change is a new and improved package format, we have switched to the LZMA compression algorithm to reduce the packages size and improve the decompression speed. In this way, the new packages extension changed from .tgz to .txz. Also, the package tools has been improved to work with the new packages and support other extensions like .tbz and .tlz.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[I have the joy announcing a BETA version of the Bluewhite64 <b>Linux</b> 12.2  LiveDVD.<br /><br />This release is built on a fresh install of the standard version of Bluewhite64 <b>Linux</b> 12.2 and includes all patches packages from the patches directory, the Kernel version 2.6.27.10 and the KDE 4.2 Beta 2. Also, in addition to this release, we have added KDE4 applications like Amarok 2.00, Guidance Power Manager, Ktorrent 3.2 beta, KDE3 runtime libraries which allows you to run KDE3 applications, the IA32 emulation libraries to allow 32-bit programs to run, the ALICE 0.9.18 and his managers and the BW64 installer for those who want to install the LiveDVD to a HDD. Also, the browsers are flash ready, native 64-bit flash.]]></description>

Yucatan "Kenjiro" Costa already built the packages and shortly will upload it to the <a href="http://data.linux64packages.net:8080/bluewhite64-12.1/kde-4.1.1/kde/" class="bbcode" rel="external">3'rd packages repository</a>. I am delighted to announce the availability of Bluewhite64 Linux 12.1 LiveDVD and Bluewhite64 Linux 12.1 Flash (LiveUSB)!<br /><br /><strong class='bbcode bold'>I hope you will enjoy the new Bluewhite64 Linux 12.1 LiveDVD</strong> including the stable SMP Linux Kernel 2.6.24.7 with advanced features and performance. It is done using "bw64save.dat" file which is a compressed image of empty loop XFS file system. Depending of the Pen Drive size, you will have different space size for saving your changes: for 2GB there is 375MB, for the 4GB is 2375MB,  for the 8GB is 6395MB and for <strong class='bbcode bold'>32GB</strong> is 30400MB space available.
